Eva's color is magnificent, deep red, initially bright and rich, fading to purplish-red. The flowers are cup-shaped, the petals are short and jagged, usually forming a loose rosette. It blooms both singly on a stem and in small clusters of up to 5 buds. Blooming is repeated, long-lasting, and abundant. Wonderful rose oil scent with citrus notes. Very good winter hardiness, but often affected by black spot disease and mildew. Good resistance to rainy weather. Great for hedge formation.
